Ian Welch- 2026 Governor's Award for the Arts
Mr. Ian Welch is a tremendous asset to both Hampton County School District and the greater Hampton County community. He was recently honored as the Special Award recipient for the 2026 Governor’s Awards for the Arts; an outstanding and well‑deserved achievement.
Last night, the Hampton County School Board of Trustees proudly recognized Mr. Welch for this prestigious honor. We are so thankful for Mr. Welch's dedication to the students of Hampton County School District and proud of his accomplishments!
